Project consists of a new single-story pre-engineered metal building to house EMS operations and apparatus. This will include an ICC-500 rated storm shelter, living quarters, and space for EMS apparatus. The site is located across the street from the Johnson Mathers Health Care facility, to the west of Carlisle.
